Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Custom-Printed Products: Custom-printed products, including personalized photo books, custom canvas prints, and any other customized items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-Custom Items: Non-custom items, such as standard photo frames, photo albums, and other non-personalized products, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the damaged or defective item. We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
3. Exchanges
- Non-Custom Items: Exchanges are available for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@test.pixelvo.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
- Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, exchanges are not available for custom-printed products.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
